The following aspects should be paid attention to in the maintenance of oil pumps:
1. Water will corrode oil pumps, so water-containing substances are forbidden to use oil pumps for vacuum pumping.
2. Substances containing large amounts of solvents should first remove most of the solvents from the oven, and then use oil pumps to vacuum them.
3. Use vacuum pumps in the correct order to prevent backdraft.
4. After using the vacuum oven, be sure to do a good job of cleaning, clean the glass windows of the vacuum oven.
5. Wipe off the rust-proof oil on the surface.
6. Clean up the rust-proof oil in the inner chamber of governor and fuel injection pump, and add the specified brand of lubricant.
7. The rust-proof oil in the fuel pipeline should also be removed before use. The fuel should be connected to the fuel injection pump pipeline, and the camshaft of the fuel injection pump should be rotated continuously until the fuel outlet valve seat sprays clean fuel.
8. The fuel selection is reasonable.
9. Fuel must be properly labeled. Normally, diesel No. 0 is used in summer and light diesel No. 10 is used in winter.
10. The fuel used must be clean and not contain any impurities or moisture.
